Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Prescription for Supporting Collaboration in Research and Development

Harvey L. Wiener will provide an overview of Bristol-Myers Squibb's approach to supporting collaboration across multiple sites and departments through its Enterprise Community Consulting Service. Harvey will review the process used to plan and prioritize, build, sustain, and archive communities. Service offerings, including social and technical consulting and on-line collaborative environments, will be reviewed. Cultural and technical obstacles encountered will be discussed and lessons learned will be highlighted.
