Joyce Avedisian earned
a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior at Brandeis University.
Since that time, her focus has been on large scale organizational
change. In her work in Knowledge Management at Aventis
Pharmaceuticals, R&D, she designed an overall global
change strategy and implementation process for ‘lessons
learned.’ Prior to Aventis, she worked as an organization
consultant with Arthur D. Little, Verizon (formerly
New York Telephone), International Paper Company, and
numerous other Fortune 500 companies where her focus
included implementing a values-driven organization and
quality improvement.
